Raymond Morgan attended Temple University from 1945-1949 having studied electrical engineering in the College of Engineering. He was the propietor of the first television and radio repair business south of the Delaware Canal. He opened Morgan's TV, Sales, and Services in 1951. Mr. Morgan retired in 1978.

He was a member of the Immanuel Union United Methodist Church in Cheswold, the American Legion Post #2 Walter L. Fox, Elk Lodge BPO #1309 both in Dover, the Camden Wyoming Moose Lodge #203 and the VFW in Millsboro. He and his wife loved to travel across country, especially by RV.
